Payment
If none of the above are possible then I will also accept personal cheques, but please be aware that your order will NOT ship until the cheque has cleared into my bank account. Once you have made your order I will set the item aside for you and will ship as soon as the cheque has cleared. In the case of custom orders production will not begin until the cheque has cleared.
Shipping
Custom or made-to-order items will usually ship in 2 weeks but may take up to 4 at busy times.
On international orders (orders from outside the UK) buyer will pay any customs fees that may be incurred during the shipping process. I will always accurately represent the contents of an order on a customs form so if you are ordering as a gift you may wish to take this into account when choosing which shipping address to use.
